Senior Product Manager in San Diego
I build new products, and the business models that make them work.
I've spent ten years taking products from first idea to market in B2B SaaS, fintech and consumer apps. Lately that means compliance services that HR and payroll companies resell under their own brand.
I care most about three things: products that make each other stronger, AI where it truly adds value, and getting real software in front of people early.

Turned a legal chore into a service partners resell under their own brand.
Mandatory Handout Service. A new service, built from zero, that finds the notices an employer owes each employee at moments like a hire, a leave or a separation. I added AI search that shows what it understood, so a compliance tool stays honest.

Compliance Training Service. White-label harassment prevention training, priced per employer with unlimited seats. It assigns the right course to each person and keeps proof it happened.

Impact Center. A personal dashboard for a climate-focused bank. It showed each customer their next steps, their rewards and the environmental impact of their banking.

Build ecosystems, not features.
Every product should make the others more valuable. I design features and the business model together, so each one drives engagement, retention and growth across the whole system.
Bring everyone in early.
The best decisions happen when sales, engineering, design and leadership shape them together. I write those decisions down, so teams stay aligned long after the meeting.
Use AI where it earns its place.
AI is powerful, but it isn't the goal. I use it where it clearly helps the user or the business, and keep things simple everywhere else.
Prototype to learn.
I build working prototypes with Claude and Replit, then put them in front of real people before engineering starts.

I'm happiest at the start of something, when the problem is still messy and the answer isn't obvious yet. I like getting sales, design and engineering into the same conversation early. I also write decisions down, so they outlast the meeting.
Outside work I build apps for my own family, which keeps my hands close to the craft.
